Shipping Information

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $40. The minimum purchase amount for Free Shipping is based on the Sub-Total in your cart and does not include tax or any coupons applied. Any order below $40 is charged a flat rate of $10.00. Free delivery does not apply to orders that require outbound freight handling if a rush delivery is required. See below for charges on freight items and rush deliveries.

We deliver via UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and common carriers for freight deliveries. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be e-mailed to you, when information is available. Tracking may not be available on all orders. A signature is required for deliveries going to a business.

Bulk orders that are shipped directly from the Manufacturer require a longer lead time and are not shipped same day. Please allow several days for tracking information to be emailed to you.

Desktop delivery is available for business addresses in certain metropolitan areas for an additional charge.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our distribution center is immediately notified to pick the order for shipment. If you are no longer in need of the item and would like to return it, please submit a "Return Ticket" and we'll process your return within 48 hours.


Estimated Delivery Date

With 80 distribution centers around the country, most of our customers receive their items the next business day of placing an order. Our estimated delivery dates are calculated based on a number of factors including product availability at a majority of our distribution centers, time of day, and whether an item must be shipped freight. If an order is for a high quantity of one or more items, for an item not available at the nearest distribution center, or shipping to a remote location, delivery may take longer than estimated. Cubie can not guarantee any stated delivery date. Please note transit times do not include weekends and deliveries only occur on business days.


Shipping Restrictions

Cubie does not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses or internationally nor do we accept orders shipping to UPS/FedEx stores, USPS locations, mail holding facilities and freight forwarding companies.


Freight Shipping

Items that ship freight, including furniture, heavy items, oversized items and hazardous items, do not qualify for free shipping. These will ship via common carrier from our distribution center to your dock/curb in 7-10 business days. The shipping charge for these items are $100 for the first item, and $20 for each additional freight item with a maximum total of $360.00. Any item beyond that will ship for free.

A signature is required for all freight deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign. Please note any visible damage on the delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.

Freight shipments are tailgate/dock/curbside delivery only. The driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist in bringing the item off of the truck or inside. Should you need additional services to get the product off of the truck and inside, additional charges may apply.

Assembly and Installation is available for business addresses in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge. Please note the delivery charge does not include assembly, installation and takeaway of packaging materials.

Packaging

DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refunds or replacements.


Rush Charge

Rush deliveries are available upon request. Time and date vary as couriers vary depending on location. For additional information, contact Customer Support at support@cubie.co or call us at 1-844-MY-CUBIE (692-8243). Please have order number available.


Risk of Loss

If your item(s) are lost or misplaced during transit, contact our Customer Support department at support@cubie.co or call us at 1-844-MY-CUBIE (692-8243). We'll make every effort to correct your order.
