Credit Account Terms

Cubie offers in house credit terms for its customers based on credit scores from customers previous credit history. Cubie reserves the right to establish credit limits, the right to higher or lower credit limits and refuse to ship any order(s).

Payment Terms

Payment terms are Net thirty (30) days from date of invoice with an approved customer credit account. Cubie accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express as forms of payment. First time delivered orders need to be prepaid by credit card or cashier’s check. If first order size is over $500.00 you may be asked to wire transfer payment prior to delivery.

Delivery & Shipping Policies

Pre-taxed orders of $40.00 or more when placed by 5:00 p.m. CST via phone/online ordering or by 4:00 p.m. CST via fax, will be delivered FREE the next business day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday in our delivery area. Next day delivery is subject to ordered products being available. Add 1–2 business days for deliveries outside our next day delivery area. Freight and or shipping charges may apply. Furniture, printing and special orders are excluded for next business day delivery.

Any delivered order size of $40.00 (pre-tax) and below will be subject to a small order charge of $8.00. Premier customers or multiple department orders are excluded from this charge.

Cubie does not accept orders being shipped to PO Boxes, mail holding facilities or freight forwarding companies.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction and service are top priorities. At Cubie we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We provide a 30 day money back guarantee on supply items should you be dissatisfied for any reason. Stock furniture items carry a 7 day return or exchange policy. All “Special Order” marked items are not returnable. Consumable products like food & beverages are not acceptable items for return unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error on our part. To process a return, call our San Antonio corporate office at (210) 656-4000 or 1-844-MY-CUBIE (692-8243) to request a return for pickup. You may also request a return by emailing us at support@cubie.co or you can process your return by using our 24 hour On-Line E-Z Return feature. Did we mention E-Z!! Our drivers are equipped to issue an immediate credit to you when making a delivery to your workplace. Just instruct them that you would like to return an item and a Return Receipt will be issued on the spot. Either way your purchases are covered with little to no hassle.

Once a Request for Return has been issued, please prepare your supply item for pickup. If the item has been opened, carefully repackage the item in the original packaging with all packing materials and all manufacturer paperwork that accompanied the item when you received it. Any missing items from the purchase will disqualify the item from being returned for credit. Inks and toners can be returned if the packing is unopened and in its original box.
